CHAIRMAN
Dr. BERT GROBBEN is a seasoned executive with a 15 year MNC track record (Procter & Gamble, Avery Dennison). Expert in consumer/customer insight, product and pipeline development, innovation strategy (Open Innovation and internal), continuous improvement processes, and portfolio expansion. Wide experience across FMCG and consumer electronics businesses, and fluent in leading across regions and cultures. Recently Bert took a Resident Entrepreneur position at NTU.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. ANDRE STOLZ has 19 years experience in Innovation Portfolio Management, Product Supply and Engineering. He’s an expert in innovation leadership, supply chain, manufacturing processes and product program leadership, and brings an extensive understanding of FMCG businesses from Braun/Oral-B and Procter & Gamble. He also brings significant experience in managing multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse teams, specifically in Asia. He has been embedded in the Singapore Innovation ecosystem since 2008, and worked in Asia since 2005.
Business Development & Technical Manager
Mr. TIMOTHY YEO graduated with his B.Eng from the University of Western Australia in 2012. His main interests as an engineer lie within sustainable development of the water treatment industry, and previously worked in an environmental start-up, commercializing a novel water treatment technology. Having succeeded in bringing that technology from the lab to the pilot scale, he will now utilize his knowledge and technical experiences in water processes to bring value to the EcoWorth Tech team
APPLICATION & PROCESS ENGINEER
Mr. FRANCIS POON brings previous experience in understanding client's needs and be an effective solution provider. With his technical knowledge and analytical ability, he works with clients to translate their industrial related problems into technical CFA solutions.
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
Dr. SHUCHI AGARWAL is a chemical and nanotechnology expert with 12+ years of research and development experience in industry & academia in Singapore. She has led several projects in National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang technological University (NTU) and local polytechnics. Her most recent work at EWTCOI under Ngee Ann Polytechnic was based on development of nanofiber membranes for water treatment as well as development of activated carbon-based electrodes for desalination of water using electrochemical methods.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADVISER
Mr. JASON HIGHBERGER brings +15 years of diverse experience and innovative thinking across several industries and functional categories. As an experienced executive, and successful entrepreneur in energy-related sectors, Jason brings strategic and commercial insight into cleantech, oil & gas (upstream, midstream and downstream) along with some of the largest power generation producers and utilities in the U.S. and globally. Furthermore, he has held senior level positions and board roles across food services, retail and technology industries
